2. Rental Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from Luxury Dubai Cars Rental, customers must:
Be at least 21 years old.
Possess a valid driving license, recognized internationally.
Present a valid passport or Emirates ID.

3. Reservation and Payment

Reservations can be made online through our website or via our customer service hotline. A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation. Full payment is due at the time of vehicle pick-up. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments.

4. Rental Period

The minimum rental period is 24 hours.
Rental extensions are subject to vehicle availability and must be requested at least 24 hours before the end of the current rental period. Late returns will incur additional charges.

5. Vehicle Collection and Return

Vehicles can be collected from our designated locations or delivered to your preferred address within Dubai, subject to availability and additional charges. Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as when rented, with a full tank of fuel.

6. Insurance and Liability

All rentals include basic insurance coverage. Additional insurance options are available for purchase.
The renter is liable for any damage to the vehicle not covered by insurance, including interior damage and negligence.

7. Fuel Policy

Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. Refueling charges apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.

8. Traffic Violations and Fines

The renter is responsible for all traffic violations, parking fines, and toll charges incurred during the rental period. Any fines received will be charged to the renter’s account, along with an administrative fee.

9. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental start date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental start date will incur a cancellation fee.
